We require a minimum two-night stay for our guests to fully enjoy the experience. Each season offers a unique experience at our resort. However, we do allow single-night bookings when there is availability between two reservations. A $25.00 cleaning fee applies for bookings. Please contact us by email or phone to reserve your desired stay, as our online booking system does not allow online reservations.
As we are a small business, we require full payment for your stay at the time of booking to better serve all our guests. Only full payment confirms your stay with us.Cancellations are possible more than 14 days before your arrival date to receive a full refund. If you have an unforeseen circumstance after 14 days' notice, please contact us and if we are able to sell your reservation, we will issue you a credit for a future stay.No refunds will be given for no-shows (guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date). If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your arrival so that we can best accommodate you.
The price of your stay includes access to the wood-fired hot tub and the Big Green Egg barbecue on your private patio. A seasonal outdoor shower is also available on your patio. Your bedding and bath towels are included. However, you will need to bring your own beach towels, as our bath towels must remain on the premises of your dome. Each dome has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking (two-burner stove, toaster oven) and includes all necessary cookware, including wine glasses. We provide vegetable oil, salt, and pepper for cooking. There is also a 7.5 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer, which will be suitable for those with longer stays. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, as well as an outdoor hammock facing the sea. All domes have a mezzanine for comfortable stargazing.
We allow dogs in only one dome, La Perle de Lune, a two-bedroom dome. A cleaning fee of $28.00 is charged for one dog and $38.00 for two dogs. One or two dog beds are included for your stay (along with a leash, bowls, and a ball), as we do not allow pets on the sofa or beds.Dogs that are good with the public are welcome at the Hub when kept on a leash! :) Come enjoy a good beer with your best friend!*Animals must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash while on our premises. If you are leaving the Cielo site, please take your dog with you, as they are not permitted to be left alone in the dome. Animals can become stressed in a new environment and are more likely to bark or destroy materials. If you really wish to leave your pet alone, you may bring a carrier to make it more comfortable. We ask that all animal waste be picked up and disposed of properly.*Please respect our policy! :)
We have a local produce shop on site to supply you with food for your stay and we are 5 minutes from downtown Shippagan where there are two grocery stores, two pharmacies and three convenience stores if you prefer to do your grocery shopping once you arrive in the Acadian Peninsula.Besides your personal belongings, don't forget your swimsuit for the hot tub and beach towels if needed. Although you'll be warm inside your Pearl, pack clothing appropriate for the temperature so you can enjoy the outdoors.
Cielo means "sky" in Spanish, and its phonetic similarity to both the sky and water inspired the concept of the site. The sky represents the skylights in each Pearl, allowing visitors to see the stars at night from the mezzanine levels. The water represents the large picture window that offers a view of the sea during the day, directly from the dome.We nicknamed our domes Pearls, because of their shape, but also because we are on the Oyster Trail. Furthermore, the famous Mallet Oysters are cultivated in St. Simon Bay, the bay that faces our Pearls.
