About the event
🎶 Jacques Surette at Cielo – November 19th!
On Thursday, November 19 , we welcome to the Hub the Acadian singer-songwriter Jacques Surette , originally from Yarmouth in Nova Scotia.
With his natural charm, humor, and songs deeply rooted in his region, Jacques transports us to his world through his Acadian dialect , his stories, and music with folk, country, and rock influences. His journey has already taken him all over the Maritimes, Quebec, Louisiana, Switzerland, and France.
He will be presenting songs from his most recent album, Les vieux chapeaux , released in 2025 and recorded with an entirely Nova Scotian team. In 2026, Jacques continued his momentum with tours in Western Canada and Europe, as well as an ECMA nomination for Acadian or Francophone Artist of the Year.
An evening that promises to be warm, authentic, and perfectly suited to the intimate atmosphere of the Hub at Cielo.…
